For All Homes:

Our Home Staging Experts will analyze all aspects of your home, from it’s current condition to it’s maximum potential:

• Smell -- penetrated odors from pets, smoking, cooking and lifestyle
• Light -- windows, window coverings, light fixtures
• Color -- To help keep costs down, we evaluate using a three tier approach:
  • Easily changed (curtains, window coverings, rugs, artwork)
  • Changed if necessary (wall paint, wallpaper removal, carpets)
  • Changed at last recourse (cabinets, flooring, countertops, tiles)

For Vacant Homes:

• We’ll spotlight imperfections so you can fix them, or we’ll stage the room to pull focus in other directions
• We will fill the rooms with furniture, appliances, rugs, artwork and other decorative accents to celebrate the architectural style of the home while looking clean, modern and spacious.

For Occupied Homes:

• You need to live your life in between showings --- we’ll show you how to easily maintain your home makeover look
• Clutter -- all signs of daily living will be removed, except for some carefully placed decorative accents
• Personal Effects -- family portraits, children’s artwork, valuables and electronics -- will be properly secured and stowed
• We can work with all or some of your existing furniture and décor, everything else will be discreetly tucked away or safely moved to storage
• One thing to remember: Home staging is not a judgment on your personal taste, nor is it a blank canvas -- home staging replaces specific styles and patterns with a starter canvas to jump start the buyer’s imagination
